What Products Do Professional Car Detailers Use? Ours, Explained

The complete Secret Touch Atelier Collection - six professional-grade car care products
One of the most common questions we hear at our Shrewsbury studio is simple: what products do professional car detailers actually use? Customers see the finish we deliver and want to know how to keep their vehicle looking that way between visits. The honest answer is that professional detailing is less about a shelf full of chemicals and more about a small set of purpose-built products, each one designed for a specific job.
That idea is exactly why we built the Secret Touch Atelier Collection. These are the six products our team reaches for every day, reformatted into ready-to-use bottles you can keep in your garage. Here is what each one does and when to use it.
1. Utility All-Purpose Cleaner: The Workhorse
Every detail starts with the dirty work. Utility All-Purpose Cleaner handles floor mats, door jambs, plastics, vinyl, rubber, and engine bay plastics. When a surface is durable and grimy, this is the first bottle we grab. It breaks down the heavier dirt that gentler products are not meant to touch.
2. Cabin Interior Cleaner: Everyday Interior Care
Dashboards, door panels, and center consoles collect fingerprints, body oils, and dust faster than any other part of your vehicle. Cabin Interior Cleaner is a mild, everyday interior cleaner that lifts that buildup and leaves a clean, natural finish instead of a greasy, overly shiny one. It is the product behind the interiors in our professional detailing packages.
3. Clarity Glass Cleaner: Streak-Free Glass
Streaks and interior haze ruin an otherwise clean car. Clarity Glass Cleaner is a fast-flashing automotive glass cleaner made for windshields, side windows, and mirrors, inside and out. It removes fingerprints, light film, and haze without the streaking that household glass cleaners often leave behind on automotive glass.
4. Detail Spray Wax: The Finishing Touch
After a wash, or any time dust and fingerprints show up, Detail Spray Wax is the quick detailer that brings back a slick, freshly detailed look in minutes. It enhances gloss on paint, clear coat, and glossy trim without a full wash.
5. Ceramic Spray Sealant: Real Protection, Sprayed On
Ceramic Spray Sealant is an SiO2-infused spray that adds instant gloss, slickness, and hydrophobic water beading. It is our favorite maintenance product for vehicles with a professional ceramic coating, and an easy way to add protection to uncoated paint. One honest note: a spray sealant maintains and boosts protection, but it does not replace a professionally installed ceramic coating.
6. The Reserve Air Refresher: The Signature Scent
The last step of every detail is the one customers notice first when they open the door. The Reserve is our signature interior fragrance: fresh, refined, and noticeable without being overpowering. A few light sprays on carpeting and fabric mats is all it takes.
Why We Sell What We Use
We built the Atelier Collection because customers kept asking to buy the products we used on their vehicles. Every bottle is 16 fl oz, ready to use, and designed around the way our detailers actually work, in the same order we listed above. You can buy each product individually, or get all six in the Secret Touch Complete Car Care Kit at a bundled price.
Order online with free in-store pickup, or stop by the studio at 5 Centech Blvd, Unit 2 in Shrewsbury, MA. If you would rather leave it to the pros, book a professional detail and we will put the collection to work for you.
